1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Hanu.bio, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of consent in your country). If you are using the platform on behalf of a brand or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Creator Content & Earnings

Creators maintain ownership of the content they post. However, by posting content on Hanu.bio, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the service.

• Monetization: Earnings are based on "Proof of Engagement." We reserve the right to audit engagement patterns.
• Fraud: Any attempt to generate fake clicks, use bots, or participate in "click farms" will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all pending balance.
• Content Standards: Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: illegal material, hate speech, explicit adult content, and copyright-infringing material.

4. Brand & Advertising Terms

Brands using the platform for advertising agree to provide genuine products/services and adhere to all local advertising laws. Advertisements must not be misleading or harmful.

• Hanu.bio acts as a facilitator between brands and creators but is not responsible for the ultimate success or failure of individual campaigns.
• Brands are responsible for the accuracy of their campaign materials.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hanu.bio and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Hanu.bio.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hanu.bio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect.
