Thank you for choosing Hanu.bio. We work hard to provide high-quality services to our creators and brands. Because our services involve digital products, instant premium feature activation, and social growth marketing, we have a strict refund policy.

Important Disclaimer

All sales are final. By purchasing a premium plan or an SMM service, you acknowledge that these services are digital in nature and are non-refundable once the order is placed or the service is activated.

1. Premium Subscriptions

Hanu.bio offers premium subscription plans that grant instant access to advanced themes, prioritized support, and enhanced monetization rates. Due to the immediate activation of these digital features, we do not offer refunds on any premium subscription plans.

  • Once a premium plan is purchased, it cannot be refunded or downgraded with a partial refund.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewals, but the current subscription period will remain active until its expiration.

2. Social Growth (SMM) Services

Services related to social media growth, including but not limited to Instagram followers, YouTube subscribers, likes, and views, are strictly non-refundable.

  • Once an SMM order is submitted to our systems, it is processed instantly and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Hanu.bio is not responsible for any drops in follower counts or engagement after the service has been delivered, as social media platforms periodically update their algorithms.
  • If an order cannot be completed due to a technical error on our end, a credit will be added to your Hanu.bio wallet for future use, but no cash refund will be issued.

3. Coin Redemptions & Wallet

The Hanu.bio "Proof of Engagement" system allows creators to earn coins which can be redeemed for real money.

  • Once a redemption request is processed and funds are sent to your bank account or UPI ID, the transaction is final and irreversible.
  • If you provide incorrect payment details (wrong bank account or UPI ID), Hanu.bio is not responsible for the lost funds and no refund or re-credit will be issued.

4. Account Suspension

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (such as fraudulent activity, bot engagement, or illegal content), you forfeit all rights to any refunds for active subscriptions or pending wallet balances.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In extremely rare cases of double-billing or technical glitches where a payment was successful but the service was not activated, please contact our billing team within 24 hours.
